To receive any apologies for absence 2. To receive and approve the minutes of the AGM held on 23rd April 2013 3. To consider matters arising not covered elsewhere on the agenda 4. To receive a report from the Chairman 5. To receive a financial report from the Treasurer for the year and to adopt the Accounts for 2013- 2014 6. (a) To receive a report from the Acting Chairman of the Development Committee (b) To receive a report from the Chairman of the Fund Raising Committee 7. To note that the Rates of Hire are not to be reviewed until after the planned re-furbishment of the Main Hall this summer 8. To accept the resignation of officers/trustees previously serving 9. To elect the following VHMC officers for the year ahead Chairman, Treasurer, Secretary all of whom shall serve as Trustees of the charity 10. To record the names of representatives nominated by village organisations to serve as Members/Trustees (13 in all) for the year ahead 11. To co-opt such other VHMC Members/Trustees (up to 4) as shall be considered necessary, including to serve as: Booking Secretary 12.
