I also offer one-to-one personal tuition or small group tuition. I am a Level 3 Qualified Instructor in Clinical Pilates using the Joseph Pilates Classical Method of Teaching which enables me to help those with specific concerns such as rehabilitation after injury, not just general aches and pains. In addition, I have subsequently trained as a Level 4 Exercise Specialist in The Management of Low Back Pain providing me with further knowledge to help those with chronic back pain to resume or continue exercise under a carefully designed programme for each individual.
